While she began her journey by building houses in third-world countries, she discovered her passion for helping children through art. This led to her exploration of art therapy, culminating in the creation of Art Tearapy. Art Tearapy focuses on using the creative mind to understand and improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Dina and Su Mei discuss the various dynamics within a family and how these dynamics can either facilitate communication or create resistance to healthy communication patterns. They share observations on how people communicate, including how certain patterns can foster negative relationships among family members.
