Gabriella shared her struggle with addiction to her smartphone and how it negatively impacts her life at home. She suggested scheduling times for phone usage, prioritizing important activities, and setting boundaries for app usage through features like time limits and notifications. They also discussed how the pandemic has affected screen time usage, making it acceptable to often use phones due to being at home all the time. Gabriella also talked about her passion for roller skating, and highlighted how roller skating is a great way to have fun, exercise, and socialize without the use of a phone.
